Our green resort is so much more than a meeting location – it is a private oasis. When you bring your team here, you’ll immerse them in a blend of nature’s wonder and focused inspiration. Lagoon House & Terrace Room
The Lagoon House is surrounded by beautiful lawns and coastal gardens, overlooking a serene lagoon enjoyed by ducks & egrets. This event center hosts up to 180 people, and is easily divided into meeting & dining areas. Entirely private, and in easy walking distance from our Shorebird condos, this center is ideal for seminars, networking & meetings. Add the adjacent Terrace Room for break-outs, smaller meetings or set-up area.

Cypress House
The Cypress House opens out onto a private lawn with garden, and accommodates up to 160 attendees. Featuring a full kitchen for catering, this center is flexible and extremely private.

Sandpiper Center A
Side A, known as the Meadow Room, offers a kitchen and ideal space for buffet service. Opening out onto an expansive sunken deck, the Meadow Room combines beautifully with Side B, the Dunes Hall. Utilize the outdoor decks for seating with lights, outdoor bar and meeting areas. For small meetings, seats up to 30 people.

Sandpiper Center B
Side B, known as the Dunes Hall, features gorgeous windows and opens out onto multiple deck areas. Combined with the Meadow Room, this versatile indoor and outdoor space can be designed for the ultimate events!
